Information you provide
Consultation forms store the business contact details, organization, role, challenge, engagement preference, timeline, optional message, consent state, campaign and referrer needed to respond to your request. Public research pages do not require an account.
Assessment submissions
Your score is shown before any contact request. If you optionally ask for follow-up, SDS stores your name, work email, organization, consent state and a summary of the assessment result. The public Foundry processes small sample files in your browser and does not intentionally upload the dataset to SDS.
Author workspace
The protected research author workspace uses an essential administrator session cookie. Draft and published content is stored on the website’s hosting account. The administrator password is stored only as a one-way password hash.
Technical information
Your hosting provider may process basic server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps for security and service operation.
How information is used
Information you send may be used to respond to inquiries, discuss services and maintain business communications. Semantic Data Services does not sell personal information.
